To promulgate continued interoperability among NATO forces, more particularly within the MP CoI, by capturing BP and LI in response to the evolving tactical environment, with a focus on unit composition and capabilities transformation driven by emerging NATO innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, unmanned systems, and autonomous platforms. Observations made during this forum will lead to the production of a LI Report with key recommendations that may influence future MP/GTF employment and organisational design within NATO in order to tighten the interoperability within the armed forces.

- Analyse the impact of emerging NATO technologies (AI, autonomous systems, UAVs) on the structure and functions of MP units;
- Assess the tactical implications of integrating unmanned and autonomous platforms into MP missions, including patrolling, base security, detainee handling, and crowd control;
- Identify doctrinal gaps and training needs related to the use of AI-supported decision-making tools in MP operations;
- Exchange national experiences and best practices in reorganising MP units to enhance flexibility, readiness, and responsiveness in technologically enhanced operational theatres;
- Evaluate interoperability challenges arising from varied national approaches to tech integration with MP forces;
- Formulate key principles and recommendations for adapting the MP unit composition to be in line with NATO capability development
roadmaps and innovation strategies.
