Bydgoszcz This course is to prepare students for their duties as Lessons Learned (LL) personnel within the
military organisations at all levels governed by the NATO LL Process.
Training audience:
- Staff from NATO and NATO partner countries, no rank limitation;
- Priority for MP/GTF from NCS/NFS/national LL-related, positions, appointed or to be
appointed; - It is required to have experience in the military/national LL field.
Learning objectives:
- Conduct effective MP LL activities within an MP unit using the NATO LL Process in practice;
- Advise a commanding officer on the LL sphere within the MP functional area;
- Acquire knowledge about how to develop procedures for the collection of MP-related
observations as well as to capture lessons identified within exercises, operations and missions; - Organise and conduct basic training on the NATO LL Process with the aim of building up
a desirable mind-set necessary for increasing institutional awareness of the learning
organisation culture.
