New e-Learning course about LL process available on JADL
The NATO Military Police Centre of Excellence (NATO MP COE) Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) team launched a new e–Learning course Introduction to the NATO Lessons Learned Process for the Military Police Staff. The purpose of this course is to provide students with an introductory level Lessons Learned (LL) information and to support improvement of the existing Military Police capabilities. It is available on the NATO e-Learning Programme Learning Management System JADL under the following link http://jadl.act.nato.int/
This is the second course prepared by the NATO MP COE ADL team, but not the last one. “We will definitely deliver more e–Learning courses for international MP community in accordance with NATO standards” said CAPT Maciej GUTOWSKI, from the e-Learning team at the NATO MP COE.
The course is primarily dedicated to the Military Police Community of Interest (MP COI) and is based on the NATO LL process used by various nations. Accordingly, it explains how to integrate MP competences in multinational operations within the wider context of the NATO and the International Community (IC).
The course introduces students to the procedure that incorporates the structure, process and tools necessary to capture, analyse observations and take remedial action on any issue, as well as share results to achieve improvement.
“If someone is looking for the basic knowledge about the NATO LL process, this is exactly the course to be completed”, said MAJ Sylwester GOŁUCHOWSKI from the Doctrine and Training Centre of the Polish Armed Forces, one of the course participants.
