On 4- 5 October 2017, NATO MP COE representatives took part in the second Individual Training and Education Programme (ITEP) Planning Board (IPB II) for the 2018 Individual ITEP, held at the Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC), Bydgoszcz, Poland. The purpose of the ITEP Planning Board (IPB) was to support the NATO Education and Individual Training (E&IT) Production Planning Process by facilitating the elaboration of the annual NATO ITEP and by providing a forum for the stakeholders to discuss related issues.
It’s worth emphasizing that the event agenda included the visit of the IPB II participants to the NATO MP COE facility on the second day of the conference. The NATO MP COE staff presented the structure, organization and achievements of the Centre. Additionally, over 30 visitors from SACT, SHAPE, NATO Command Structure and different Education and Training Facilities were informed about selected elements of COE’s Quality Assurance System, Military Police Lessons Learned portal, e-learning development, E&IT innovations and Military Policing Discipline improvement and challenges. The visit triggered off a lot of questions and discussions as well as guests’ interests.
